All our main units are delivered by the courier DPD.
On the morning of the delivery date, if you have provided us with either a valid mobile telephone number or an email address, DPD will send the tracking information directly to you. They will also provide you with a 1-hour time slot for delivery, confirmation of your delivery slot is usually sent out between 9:30am and 11:00am once DPD have organised their routes for the day.

You will need your tracking number that is sent by DPD to be able to check on the delivery.
If you have not provided a valid mobile telephone number or email address, you can contact our Customer Service Team and they will be able to provide you with the delivery information.

Parts and Accessories
Parts and accessories are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
Royal Mail do not offer a tracking service with the 2nd class postal service.
