If you have a payment enquiry, you can now find useful information in your My Account Section.
You will be able to complete the following tasks;
- View and print your invoice
- See payment history
- Update your payment card
- Update your billing address
- Pay outstanding balance
If you do not have a My Account registered, or one of the following queries, you will need to call our Customer Service Team;
- Change payment date
- Alter monthly payments
- Your account is in arrears
- Dispute payments that have been taken
